Kontoor Brands, the home of Wrangler, Lee and Helly Hansen, seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Ashford store. You will lead from the floor, drive sales and uphold brand standards while supporting the Store Manager with daily priorities.
You will recruit, onboard and coach the team, manage rotas, and review performance. A strong focus on customer service, health and safety, and visual merchandising will be essential, with opportunities for growth within a global retail organization.
