Responsibilities:
- Managing entry and exit points at licensed premises
- Conducting ID checks in line with Challenge 25 policies
- Monitoring customer behaviour and maintaining a safe environment
- Preventing and managing conflict in a calm and professional manner
- Working closely with venue management and other security staff
- Completing incident reports when required
