We are currently seeking licensed, professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors to join our team. About the Role:
As a Door Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at our licensed venues. You will manage customer access, check identification, uphold venue policies, and respond to incidents with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage entrance and exit points, ensuring only authorised individuals are granted access.
- Verify age and identification in accordance with licensing laws.
- Carry out customer searches courteously and in line with procedures.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter antisocial or unlawful behaviour.
- De-escalate and manage conflicts professionally and in line with legal guidance.
- Liaise with venue management and emergency services where required.
- Provide excellent customer service to venue patrons.
- Accurately complete incident reports and maintain records.
- Identify and assess potential risks to safety and respond appropriately.
Shift Information:
- Evening and late-night shifts across both weekdays and weekends.
- Flexibility is essential.
Pay & Benefits:
