Location: Sheffield (2-3 days/week from office)
- Strong technical knowledge of Arctera Veritas Enterprise Vault & Discovery Accelerator architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server (or later) system administration and network concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook for mailbox archiving and client integration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration, LDAP, and Microsoft SQL Server as used with Enterprise Vault.
- Ability to configure and manage key Enterprise Vault components such as indexing, storage, journal archiving, and file system archiving.
- Experience with Enterprise Vault client access options, including Outlook, Vault Cache, Virtual Vault, Office Mail App, and Outlook Web App.
- Troubleshooting skills for Enterprise Vault implementations and archiving operations.
- Understanding of backup, restore, disaster recovery, and storage retention processes within the Enterprise Vault environment.
- Good understanding of compliance eDiscovery process and Discovery Accelerator features.
- Familiarity with PST migration tools and mailbox migration processes.
- Disaster recovery planning and execution for the archiving environment.
