Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Developer to support and enhance a secure ServiceNow environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimising the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, security, and alignment with business and ITIL best practices.
This role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience, combined with excellent stakeholder engagement and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ServiceNow platform health and performance; apply RL patches ; and upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, escalating to ServiceNow support when required
