Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor and client payments.
- Manage intercompany transactions between India and UK entities.
- Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations (India & UK).
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track budget variances and provide insights to management.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
Invoicing & Billing
- Generate and manage client invoices for India and UK operations.
- Coordinate with business managers and clients for timely billing and collections.
- Maintain accurate invoicing records in accordance with contract terms.
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll for internal employees and consultants.
- Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) for Indian payroll.
- Coordinate with the UK finance partner for payroll management and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with tax and labour laws.
