Design, deploy, and manage VDI environments including Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler. Drive workspace strategy using automation and AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot).

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure VDI solutions.
  • Automate processes using Power Automate and RPA tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L1–L3 issues with root cause analysis.
  • Support day-to-day operations and Citrix infrastructure (24/7).
  • Evaluate new technologies and maintain documentation.
  • Work independently on projects and support cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
  • Experience with Azure, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Knowledge of NetScaler, VMware, and Nutanix.
  • Hands-on experience with automation (Power Automate, Copilot, RPA).
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of VDI experience; IGEL knowledge is a plus.
