We are hiring for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Software Engineer for our client, a global IT services and consulting company. Are you passionate about crafting seamless customer communication experiences? Join our team and help shape the future of customer communications (eMail, SMS, PUSH) for one of the leading global banks.
As a software engineer, you will help to shape and deliver technical solutions using Salesforce. We lead the delivery of the Bank's customer communications, and you'll help us manage, create and guide our internal colleagues on the best way to deliver these communications.
Location: Anywhere from UK or Europe
Work Type: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and document scalable, best-practice solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio/Cloud Pages).
- Translate business requirements and user stories into robust, actionable solutions that optimize marketing workflows.
- Perform integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
- Provide production support and lead investigations into incidents with potential out of hours support.
Mandatory Skills:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement experience
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator certified
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certified
- Knowledge of mobile app SDKs and API-based integrations
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and security protocols such as TLS, SSL, and data encryption
- Programming skills: SQL, JavaScript/SSJS, Ampscript, HTML
Nice to Have Skills:
- Java developer experience
- Agile
Qualities:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 3-5+ years
Education: University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
