We are looking for a UK-based, SC-cleared ServiceNow Developer with experience across ITSM, ITOM, and AI-driven capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise ServiceNow modules across ITSM and ITOM
- Implement integrations and automation using ServiceNow and AI capabilities
- Support platform enhancements, incident/problem management improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Skills Required:
- Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM)
- Exposure to AI/automation use cases within ServiceNow
- Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting
