About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4–8 years of proven experience in IT staffing or IT software solution sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client acquisition, account management, and service-based selling in the technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the IT staffing or software services space
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
  • Pitch staffing solutions a tailored to client requirements
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices

Key Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of sales experience in IT staffing or IT software companies – mandatory
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of UK IT services and staffing landscape
  • Must be currently based in London with a valid UK work visa or residency
