Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Nokia Mediation platforms, including Nokia Data Refinery (NDR) and related mediation systems.
- Maintain and support data processing workflows for telecom records such as CDR, UDR, and IPDR.
- Support parsing, validation, enrichment, filtering, and aggregation logic within mediation pipelines.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of end-to-end data mediation flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mediation processing and data transformation layers.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mediation systems and related applications.
- Handle incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution within SLA timelines.
- Support data integration using file-based transfers, FTP/SFTP protocols, and streaming mechanisms.
- Monitor data flow health, identify failures, and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve interface and data issues.
- Support deployment activities, configuration updates, and production changes.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and support activities.
- Participate in on-call/shift support as required for production systems.
