We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Linux Middleware Delivery Analyst to join our team and support the delivery and operation of enterprise IT services. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build hands-on experience with Linux, middleware technologies, and modern IT operations within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Linux-based middleware and application services in production and non-production environments
- Assist with deployments, configuration updates, and system monitoring
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues
- Learn and support enterprise system integrations using APIs, messaging, and middleware platforms
- Follow IT service management (ITSM) processes including incident, change, release, and problem management
- Monitor system performance and ensure service availability and reliability
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
Required Skills & Experience
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix (academic, personal, or professional experience)
- Basic experience with Java applications or middleware (development or support)
