Business Intelligence & Data Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain management information and reporting dashboards using Power BI.
  • Translate programme and technical delivery data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with programme governance and KPIs.

Programme & Administrative Support

  • Provide ongoing programme administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support the existing BA team.
  • Maintain structured documentation, governance artefacts, and a clear audit trail.
  • Support vendor management activities, including coordination, tracking deliverables, and issue escalation.

Requirements & Delivery Support

  • Support requirements gathering activities for each technical project, ensuring traceability to business objectives.
  • Facilitate and support ongoing workshops to monitor progress against technical deliverables.
  • Actively support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout delivery to unblock issues and maintain momentum.

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Support change management activities, ensuring impacts are assessed, documented, and communicated.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding change implications and delivery outcomes.

Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Support testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Track and manage defects, outcomes, and acceptance criteria through to resolution.

Governance, Risks & Controls

  • Maintain programme assumptions on an ongoing basis, ensuring they remain valid and up to date.
  • Capture, update, and manage delivery decisions to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation.
