Title: Account Manager Cum Senior Recruiter
Work Mode – 5 days work from office – Must
Location- Brentford London
Role Overview
The role combines Account Management and Senior IT Recruitment responsibilities. You will lead client relationships, self-source candidates, and handle the hiring lifecycle end-to-end—from requisition to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Client Management & Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients across IT recruitment portfolios.
- Manage expectations, clarify job requirements, and report progress regularly.
- Coordinate seamlessly between clients, hiring managers, and delivery teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow business.
- Resolve issues proactively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Self-source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and more.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, tracking statuses in ATS and updating stakeholders.
- Follow up post-offer to ensure smooth onboarding and retention through to start date.
Delivery Ownership & Accountability
- Take full ownership of assigned roles until candidates are onboarded.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and hiring processes.
- Provide weekly status updates, performance metrics, and insight reports.
Collaborative Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams—sourcing, TA ops, HR—to ensure process flow.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, interview scorecards, and recruitment strategies.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in recruitment or account management, preferably combined.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of self-sourcing candidates via multiple channels.
- Confident, proactive, and professionally polished—comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using ATS systems
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Recruitment, or related field.
