Responsibilities:
- Assist requesters in refining business requirement details to ensure the customers will be receiving functionality requested.
- Gain knowledge of our overall ServiceNow implementation to understand and identify cross platform impacts of changes or enhancements being requested.
- Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, workspaces, and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation.
- Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs.
- Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build and test alongside other developers to ensure the best product is delivered to requestors in a timely manner.
- Work with implementation partners, or internal project teams to implement new modules as business needs evolve.
- Assist with regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure we remain compliant and supported by the vendor.
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
- Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- At least 3+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the SPM module, and with good familiarity with ITSM, and the general ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
- Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
