Our client, a global IT services and consulting leader, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer specializing in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC). You will lead testing efforts across authentication, user journeys, and cloud services, ensuring secure, seamless IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for API, UI, and BDD-based user journeys in PingOne AIC. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and evaluate testing tools (Postman, Selenium, JMeter).
- User Journey Testing: Create and execute test plans for authentication flows (SSO, MFA, device registration, passwordless login, adaptive authentication, onboarding).
- Manual & Integration Testing: Develop manual test cases for mobile SDKs, cloud connectors, device profiling, real-time sync, and policy enforcement. Track defects and collaborate with developers.
- Performance & Reliability: Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability testing; perform root cause analysis and validate mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Produce test plans, cases, scripts, and quality reports. Mentor junior testers and share best QA practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years IT experience, including 4+ years in test automation for distributed systems, REST APIs, or cloud apps.
- 3+ years programming in Java, Python, or C#, building automated frameworks.
- Hands-on with BDD tools and writing scenarios to validate authentication/user flows.
- Proficient with TestRail, Jira, CI/CD tools; familiarity with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
- Strong IAM knowledge: SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, MFA.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
