About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 4β8 years of proven experience in IT staffing or IT software solution sales . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client acquisition, account management, and service-based selling in the technology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the IT staffing or software services space
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
Pitch staffing solutions a tailored to client requirements
Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
Key Requirements:
~4 to 8 years of sales experience in IT staffing or IT software companies β mandatory
~ Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
~ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
~ Strong understanding of UK IT services and staffing landscape
~ Must be currently based in London with a valid UK work visa or residency
