We’re looking for an enthusiastic Linux Middleware Delivery Analyst to join our team and support the delivery and operation of enterprise IT services. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build hands‑on experience with Linux, middleware, and modern IT operations in a supportive environment.
Note: Middleware Experience is Must.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Linux-based middleware and application services
- Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and service monitoring
- Work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues
- Learn how enterprise systems integrate using APIs, messaging, and middleware platforms
- Follow IT service management processes (change, release, incident, and problem management)
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix (academic, personal, or commercial experience)
- Some experience with Java applications or middleware (development or support)
- Basic understanding of web services or APIs (REST or SOAP)
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries and understand database concepts
- Interest in IT operations, service delivery, and learning enterprise systems
- Clear spoken and written English
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Exposure to application servers or middleware (e.g. WebLogic, ESB, SOA, APIs)
- Familiarity with monitoring or logging tools (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Basic scripting experience (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management concepts (training provided)
