WHAT YOU'LL NEED…

  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
  • Strategic experience with utilising cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), hybrid hosting, and modern architectures to solve business challenges.
  • Strong background in Workplace Technologies (Microsoft Productivity & Collaboration suite, Identity platforms, Eptura Engage, Facilities Management platforms)
  • Proven ability to set architectural vision and influence at senior levels
  • Experience leading and mentoring architecture teams
  • Strong track record of driving technology strategy and transformation

Any of the following would be a bonus…

  • Deep industry insight into the world of Workplace computing as it pertains to the financial services industry
  • Experience with utilising GenAI, Agentic technologies as they relate to supporting Colleagues in the workplace
  • Config as Code and other forms of Automation such as managed governance approaches
  • Expertise in resilience and continuity, including disaster recovery and business/service continuity planning
  • Experience with data protection, encryption and policy enforcement tooling

Scope of services:

  • Providing Senior Architecture support to the Modern Workplace and People platforms within Lloyds banking group
  • Development of Architecture material - Roadmaps, Strategies, Patterns, Guardrails
  • Support for platform initiatives, design reviews, triage, and consultancy
