About the Role: We are hiring a Client-facing Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing and proven experience in end-to-end account management and delivery ownership. This is a critical role for managing existing clients, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and driving client satisfaction. The candidate must be currently based in London and available to work onsite 5 days a week at client or company locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building trusted and long-term relationships
- Manage the complete account lifecycle – from onboarding and engagement to retention and growth
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements effectively and on time
- Own and manage delivery operations: tracking open positions, submissions, interviews, feedback, and closures
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication, issue resolution, and proactive service
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional staffing solutions
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on account status, challenges, and achievements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT staffing account management – mandatory
- Proven expertise in managing clients in the UK or international IT services space
- Strong understanding of delivery processes, SLAs, and recruitment operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be currently based in London with valid right to work in the UK
- Comfortable with 5 days onsite work setup
