What You’ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium to large scale projects from vision through execution. Your role will include:

  • Defining the project vision, objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
  • Overseeing full project lifecycle management, from requirements elicitation to delivery
  • Coordinating and guiding cross‑functional project teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance metrics
  • Facilitating quality assurance activities and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Leading stakeholder consultations and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the project
  • Preparing and delivering project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
  • Ensuring effective project closeout, knowledge transfer, and handover
  • Supporting presales activities by reviewing project proposals, estimates, methodologies, and statements of work
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools, and practices
  • Coaching and mentoring other project managers

What You Bring: We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings both strong delivery capability and a forward-thinking mindset.

Core Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing complex technology or engineering projects
  • Strong background in Industrial Operations or industry-focused technology solutions (Oil & Gas Upstream/Midstream/Downstream, Power, Renewables)
  • Advanced project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk/issue management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage requirements, quality, and change throughout the project lifecycle

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Active PMP (or equivalent) certification — required
  • Fluency in Spanish & English – a plus
  • Ability to navigate complexity and solve problems with clarity
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building
  • Adaptability in changing environments
  • Ability to develop talent and share knowledge
