What You'll Do
As a Commercial Services Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Commercial Services function and regional sales teams. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Commercial Services, Finance and Operations, you will help ensure commercial activities and customer documentation are managed accurately, professionally and on time.
You will:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders and customer documentation.
- Support the coordination of proposal and tender activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain proposal, contract, NDA and customer records within company systems.
- Prepare, format and quality-check quotations, proposals, CVs, reference lists and other business documents.
- Support CRM administration and help maintain accurate commercial data.
- Monitor customer portals and support sales and commercial reporting activities.
- Coordinate information from different teams to support customer submissions.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Services and Sales teams.
- Support wider commercial and operational activities as required.

- Previous experience in an administration, business support, customer service, sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, professional work.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow established procedures.
- Experience maintaining records, databases or CRM systems.
- Experience preparing business documents, reports, proposals or customer correspondence.
- Experience supporting a team in a busy office environment.
- Exposure to sales, commercial or customer-facing business activities.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems.
