KBB Recruitment is looking for a Dual Site Showroom Manager on behalf of a leading luxury kitchen retailer. This role is ideal for an experienced kitchen designer with at least three years’ showroom and people management experience, looking to take the next step in their career with a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of two kitchen showrooms
- Lead and support a small team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Work closely with senior management to drive growth and improve lead conversion
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of showroom staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Experienced kitchen designer with a background in luxury kitchen retail (German kitchen experience desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ showroom and people management experience
- Confident sales professional with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Proficient in CAD design software (Winner preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence required
