Senior Sales Consultant – Cambridge Basic Salary: £29,000 | OTE: £40,000–£45,000 Full-Time / Permanent position KBB Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established retailer to find an experienced Senior Sales Consultant for their busy showroom in Cambridge. You\’ll work closely with the Showroom Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help design stylish bathroom solutions using in-house planning tools. Key Responsibilities: * Face-to-face and phone-based sales * Meet and exceed KPIs through up-selling and cross-selling * Create bathroom designs with customers * Maintain showroom standards and handle stock * Key holding duties when required * Handle payments and order processing * Provide excellent customer care and product advice What We’re Looking For: * Retail sales experience, ideally in KBB or interiors * Strong communication and design skills * Target-driven with a professional, enthusiastic approach * Flexible and team-oriented Interested?
