KBB Recruitment are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking company, who are looking for a Contracts Area Sales Manager to cover the South. Salary: Paying a basic of between £50,000 – £60,000, plus bonus and company car or car allowance. Covering: The South of the UK (London, Kent, Guildford, Watford and down). Key responsibilities: · Managing existing customer relationships · Prospecting, building and developing new business · Selling Kitchens into the contracts market · Working closely with housing and high-rise developers within the private market · Building strong business relationships · Implementing and full exposure to new CRM system · Travelling to head office every 3-6 months for sales meetings · Working closely with the design team to understand customer briefs · Full involvement with key members of the contracts department including; managers, customer care and the design team Candidate Requirements: · Proven track record within field sales – selling kitchens into private developers · Experience of dealing with Regional House Builders, National House Builders, House Building Contractors, or High-Rise Developers · Sales Account Management experience · Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships · Strong network and relationships within the contract market · Exceptional communication and negotiation skills · Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success · Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset · Be able to manage time and priorities effectively · Must hold a valid and clean driving licence · Flexible with business travel requirements KBB Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy
