Bathroom Designer wanted in Yorkshire
KBB Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established luxury bathroom retailer based in Yorkshire, offering a full supply and installation service. With an excellent reputation for quality, service, and craftsmanship, they are expanding with a brand-new showroom to complement their existing location. They are a true one-stop shop for high-end bathroom solutions, working closely with customers from initial concept through to final installation.
Full time, permanent position, working 5 days a week with an OTE of £50,000 minimum and a basic salary of £30,000 with an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in the showroom, understanding their vision and requirements.
- Create high-quality, tailored bathroom designs using design software (e.g., Virtual Worlds, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Manage each project from concept to completion, working closely with the in-house installation team.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations from a curated range of luxury bathroom brands.
- Conduct home/site visits as required to measure and assess spaces.
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales and aftersales journey.
- Support the showroom\’s day-to-day operations and contribute to achieving sales targets.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Designer, Interior Designer, or similar customer-facing design role.
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach to managing your own pipeline of clients and projects.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential, due to occasional travel/site visits).
- Experience with bathroom design software is a strong advantage.
- Passion for luxury interiors and creating beautiful, functional spaces.
