Leading UK ATM Operator requires an ATM Field Service Engineer in Falkirk, Fife, Kirkaldy, Scotland. This is a permanent, full-time position working 4 days on and 4 days off - 11-hour shift pattern (Shift start, from home, 0900hrs – Shift end, arrive home 2000hrs). Salary £35,500 + vehicle.
Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, supporting an ATM Estate by proactively fault-finding and repairing a range of ATM issues to ensure maximum uptime and transactional capability.
Key Tasks:- Fault find and repair ATM issues using a range of skill sets.
- Attend customer sites, presenting an overall positive attitude.
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance to a wide variety of ATM makes and models including NCR, Wincor and Triton.
- Remove and replace key ATM modules including card readers, EPP’s, presenters, screens, PC cores, pick modules and other electro-mechanical parts and equipment.
- Install and repair security and safety devices in response to known threats and company priorities.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the ATM’s representing the brand effectively.
- Manage vehicle stock effectively to ensure adequate availability of ATM stocks and parts for first time fixes.
- Complete repairs within specified SLA’s and against KPI’s including first time fix, time on site, and parts orders/returns.
- Ensure faulty parts are returned to engineering workshops for repair in a timely manner or disposal of alongside company procedures.
- Follow engineering standard operating procedures to ensure safety and security in transit and at machines.
- Complete accurate and quality job notes to ensure accountability and auditability.
- Maintain a good driving record and use a vehicle responsibly, efficiently and safely to travel within and outside of your allocated region.
- Good knowledge of a range of ATM types, technical specifications and configurations.
- Electro-Mechanical repair experience, preferably of ATM’s, but as a minimum of large, cash carrying transactional/dispensing objects.
- Attention to details and presentability in your work.
