Currently arranging interviews for a leading UK ATM operator requiring an ATM Field Service Engineer located in Inverness, Scotland. This is a permanent position with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 0900hrs to 1700hrs. The salary is £32,578 plus 28 days holiday, vehicle, uniform, tool kit, life insurance scheme, employee wellness programme, and pension.
Reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager, the role involves supporting an ATM estate by proactively fault-finding and repairing a range of ATM issues to ensure maximum uptime and transactional capability. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Fault find and repair ATM issues using strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Attend customer sites, presenting a positive attitude and applying attention to detail in your work.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of ATM makes and models including NCR, Wincor, and Triton.
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
- Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of a range of ATM types, particularly Triton, Diebold, Wincor, and NCR machines, technical specifications, and configurations is essential.
- Electro-mechanical repair experience of large, cash-carrying transactional/dispensing objects would be considered; cross-training is provided.
- Ability to work independently.
- UK passport is essential.
- UK driving licence is essential.
