K&B Panels is a fast-growing global manufacturing and e-commerce business selling decorative wall panels across Amazon, Shopify, B&Q, Walmart and Robert Dyas. We manufacture in Turkey, fulfil from our Liverpool warehouse, and we are actively launching into the US market right now.
We are looking for our Head of Operations — the person who owns everything that keeps this business moving. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role at the heart of a scaling global operation. You'll be the CEO's right hand on the ground — managing our Liverpool warehouse, leading a small pick and pack team, and taking full ownership of the supply chain, inventory, customs, returns and fulfilment across both the UK and US markets.
What the role looks like:
- Day-to-day management of our Liverpool warehouse and fulfilment operation
- Leading and overseeing a team of two pick and pack operatives
- Full inventory management — forecasting, ordering and ensuring stock levels never fall short
- Managing inbound shipments from our Turkey manufacturing team, including customs clearance for UK and US imports
- Owning courier relationships — resolving damages, disputes and service failures
- Managing customer returns end to end — processing, logging and ensuring refunds are handled accurately and promptly
- Liaising with freight forwarders, 3PLs and logistics partners across the UK and US
- Keeping the operation tight, efficient and ready to scale
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain operations
- Someone who takes ownership — problems get solved, not reported
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock forecasting
- Experience dealing with customs, freight or international shipping — desirable but not essential, we’ll support you
- Natural leader — comfortable managing people and holding standards
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to make good decisions quickly
- Ambitious — you want to build something, not just maintain it
What you’ll get:
- True ownership of the operations function in a fast-growing global business
- A direct line to the founders and real influence over how the operation is built
- The opportunity to grow a team and a function as the business scales across the UK, US and Europe
- A front-row seat to an active international expansion — not something on a roadmap, something happening right now
- Competitive salary DOE
- The kind of responsibility most people wait years to be given
To apply, send your CV and a short note on why this role is for you to jake@kbpanels.com. Applications without a covering note will not be considered.
