K&B Panels is a fast-growing manufacturing and e-commerce business selling decorative wall panels across Amazon, Shopify, B&Q, Walmart and Robert Dyas. We manufacture in Turkey and fulfil from our Liverpool warehouse β and we're in the middle of launching into the US market.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founders of a scaling global business β getting your hands dirty across every part of the operation, from warehouse floor to boardroom decisions. One week you're managing inbound stock and dispatching orders. The next you're coordinating with suppliers in Turkey, managing our sales channels, handling customer communications, or helping prepare for a meeting with an international distributor.
We've built a proven operation in the UK and we're now replicating it in the US β you'll be part of that journey from day one. If you want to learn how to actually build and run a global business β not read about it β this is it.
What the role looks like:
- Working directly with the CEO day-to-day across business operations
- Running the warehouse β inbound, outbound, stock control, courier management
- Picking and packing orders and ensuring fulfilment runs smoothly
- Managing inboxes, communications and admin across multiple sales channels
- Customer service across Amazon, Shopify and email
- Supporting the US market launch β logistics, admin, channel setup and coordination
- Supporting supplier coordination, logistics and operations
- Getting involved in whatever the business needs β this role grows with you
What we're looking for:
- Someone who wants to learn, not just work β genuinely curious about business and how things are built
- Hands-on and not too proud to get stuck in wherever needed
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Strong communicator β written and verbal
- Reliable and proactive β you spot problems before they're problems
- Ambitious β we want someone who sees this as a launchpad, not a job
- Experience helps but attitude is everything
What you'll get:
- Direct mentorship from two founders running a global manufacturing and e-commerce operation
- Real responsibility across every function of the business from day one
- A front-row seat to an active US and European expansion β not something planned for the future, something happening now
- The kind of experience you can't get in a graduate scheme
This role will suit someone early in their career who wants to fast-track their development by doing β not watching.
