K&B Panels is a fast-growing global manufacturing and e-commerce business selling decorative wall panels across Amazon, Shopify, B&Q, Walmart and Robert Dyas. We manufacture in Turkey, fulfil from our Liverpool warehouse, and we are actively launching into the US market right now. We operate with a global team across the UK and Turkey — and now we're building out our UK operation properly for the first time. We are looking for our first ever full-time UK hire.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the founders of a real, scaling business — getting your hands dirty across every part of the operation, from warehouse floor to boardroom decisions. One week you’re managing inbound stock and dispatching orders. The next you’re coordinating with suppliers in Istanbul, managing sales channels across five marketplaces, handling customer communications, or helping coordinate our US market launch.
What the role looks like:
- Working directly with the CEO day-to-day across the entire business
- Running the warehouse — inbound, outbound, stock control, courier management
- Picking and packing orders and ensuring fulfilment runs smoothly
- Day-to-day management across our sales platforms — Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shop, B&Q Marketplace and Walmart Marketplace
- Managing inboxes, communications and admin across multiple channels
- Customer service across Amazon, Shopify and email
- Supporting the US market launch — logistics, admin, channel setup and coordination
- Supporting supplier coordination with our manufacturing team in Turkey
- Getting involved in whatever the business needs — this role grows with you
What we’re looking for:
