Hello, my name is Oly. I am a 42-year-old physically disabled lady who uses an electric wheelchair, and I am looking for a reliable and compassionate Waking Night Carer to join my care team on a permanent basis.
This is a waking night role, meaning you must remain awake throughout the entire shift.
Job Description
- Assisting with light housework at the beginning of the shift
- Administering medication overnight
- Assisting me to turn onto my side during the night
- Carrying out other medical routines (full training will be provided)
Requirements
- Must be awake all night (this is not a sleeping night role)
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Must have UK residency or citizenship
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Must be self employed or happy to register
- Reliable and able to work independently overnight
- Must have your own car
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
