Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the establishment, optimization and improvement of the overseas service system, with a focus on service preparation for new server products, technical support, and the construction of spare parts supply chain system and related processes.
  • Take charge of service operation management, organize and fulfill service docking, implementation possess professional knowledge of enterprise-class IT products and technologies such as servers; well-versed in technical support models and general business processes of enterprise-class IT products.

Knowledge

  • Have overseas working experience.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, with a certain understanding of local culture, and equipped with excellent communication skills.
