Your tasks:
- Establish, develop and maintain long-term positive business relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators and other channel partners in the UK proactively.
- Identify partner needs and drive channel coverage, partner engagement and market penetration.
- Develop and implement regional channel action plans through comprehensive market analysis, and adjust channel sales strategies based on partner performance, customer feedback, competitor activities and business results.
- Work closely with channel partners to identify business opportunities, expand project pipeline and promote joint customer engagement, so as to drive sales growth in the UK market.
- Coordinate with Field Application Engineers, product managers and other internal teams to provide products, solutions and technical support to channel partners and end customers, and facilitate project progress effectively.
- Organize and support partner enablement activities, including product training, sales training, solution introduction and regular business communication, and provide reports on customer needs, market trends and project development.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business outcomes within schedule, including revenue targets, pipeline targets, partner development goals and other related performance assessments, while maintaining a healthy and sustainable channel ecosystem in the region.
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar, or you have equivalent work experience in the IT, server, storage or cloud infrastructure industry.
- You have solid experience in channel sales or partner management, and you are familiar with distributors, resellers, system integrators and medium or large customer projects.
- You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and you have excellent business development, negotiation, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You speak English with business fluency, and you are able to work independently in a fast-paced international business environment with flexibility to travel within the UK as required.
