Job Description:

• To sell and promote the Kayson Green product range to potential and existing industrial end‑users and resellers in the Midlands and surrounding area.
• To organise your working time effectively, so as to achieve an upwards trend in sales turnover;
• To provide technical support to the portfolio of customers in the sales area on an on‑going basis;

As a technical sales representative, a minimum requirement will be:

• A sound knowledge of mechanical engineering gained from either an academic qualification (HND or higher) or experience gained in industry
• A basic understanding of abrasive products and a desire to develop technical and application knowledge
• The ability to present yourself professionally and build strong client relationships
• To demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• To be self‑motivated and results driven
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be based in the sales area
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite

The following are preferred but not essential:

• Knowledge of precision grinding processes and applications
• A proven track record for gaining new business and maintaining and building on existing customer relationships
