We are looking to add to our small team of awesome MegaMarketers here at Braier Group, to help us win more public sector opportunities and grow our multi award-winning agency into something even greater.
Ideally, I am looking for someone who is really eager to grow with the business – we are a bunch of really passionate people!
Each application received will be reviewed by a person, not a computer, and I will take the time to respond to each application, even if it’s not been successful.
Responsibilities- Managing public sector tender responses from opportunity review through to submission, making sure requirements are clearly understood, deadlines are met and everything is fully compliant.
- Analysing ITTs, SQs and framework documentation, building simple bid plans and keeping everything on track.
- Writing clear, high-scoring responses to tender questions, including method statements, policies and evidence‑led answers aligned to evaluation criteria.
- Turning complex or technical information into plain‑English content that is easy for evaluators to score.
- Working closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to draw out the right information and shape it into strong, evaluatable responses.
- Ensuring submissions meet all mandatory requirements, word counts and formatting rules, with thorough checks completed before upload.
- Reviewing feedback from submitted tenders and using it to improve future responses, templates and ways of working, while staying aligned to public sector priorities.
- Ability to work to your own initiative
- Understand how tenders are evaluated and what good looks like
- Ideally experience in public sector and/or tender bid writing
- Deadlines, version control and compliance are your comfort zone
- Ability to explain complex processes simply and persuasively
- Self‑motivated (This is a work from home role, so is something important to consider)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (or Microsoft applications)
- Experience using project management tools (we use ClickUp)
- Ability to relate to a wide range of people and personalities
- Basic salary of £30,000 - £45,000 Pro Rata
- Possibility of an additional bonus depending on company performance
- We will pay for your home broadband and gym membership (up to £30 each per month)
- Company MacBook and all necessary equipment
