We are looking to add to our small but mighty team here at Braier Group, to help grow and develop our multi award-winning marketing agency arm, KAYBE into something even greater. This is the role for someone who loves the sweet spot where strategy meets execution, where clients feel looked after, and where campaigns actually ship (not just get discussed enthusiastically in meetings).

Does a clean, on time launch give you an unreasonable amount of satisfaction? Can you read a two sentence client brief and immediately see the three-week plan of work hiding between the lines? When someone says, “it’s just a quick one”, do you instinctively reach for a whiteboard? Do clients tend to relax once you’re on the email thread? When someone says, “can we do it by Friday?”, do you ask which Friday? If you're nodding along, you’re probably the person we’re looking for!

Ideally I am looking for someone who is really eager to grow with the business – we are a bunch of really passionate people!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain delivery plans that actually survive contact with reality.
  • Manage sequencing, dependencies, milestones, QA gates, approvals, and launch readiness.
  • Keep clients informed with clear updates, decisions needed, and next steps.
  • Lead regular check-ins and ensure feedback is captured, translated and actioned.
  • Own campaign budgets and outcomes, including time spent and allocation of effort.
  • Run the daily rhythm: morning sprints, priorities, blockers.
  • Make sure everyone has what they need to deliver (briefs, context, deadlines, acceptance criteria).
  • Turn tiny, vague, and often what can only be described as ‘enthusiastic’ client briefs into fully articulated internal briefs.
  • Help shape campaign strategy with the team and ensure it becomes an executable plan.
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked, evidenced, and reported properly.

You enjoy making plans, running cadences, and landing work cleanly. You’re confident owning timelines, priorities, QA and launch readiness. You know how to keep clients happy through clarity and reliability, not just cheerfulness. You can bridge between client language and delivery language. You write briefs that make people go ‘Got it in one!’ You love working with, and adapting processes, always looking for improvements. You think in outcomes and workflows, not just tasks. You stay calm, prioritise well, and thrive when the calendar looks lively. You enjoy being the hub, not because you love being the go-to person, but because you love momentum.

We will pay you a basic salary of ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ45,000 per year. Possibility of an additional bonus depending on company performance. We will pay for your home broadband and gym membership (up to ÂŁ30 each per month). We will provide you with a company MacBook and everything you need to be super successful. Your birthday off (Yay!).

As this is a work from home position, your home set-up requirements:

  • A quiet, comfortable workspace free from distractions.
  • A fast, reliable internet connection without bandwidth caps.

Plus 5 years minimum relevant experience, 3 years minimum in an agency or delivery led environment. Proven experience owning delivery and client comms, not just supporting them.

About KAYBE: We are an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team and customers. While we LOVE working with local businesses, at this time, we are not able to consider agency pitches for this position.
