Kayana HQ is located in London, Battersea. We are looking for a field service technician to cover installations and service calls all over London and the outskirts. Our motto is to provide the best customer service by fixing issues as soon as possible and using preventative measures to ensure that problems don't occur. We want you to be keen to learn new skills and products and have the opportunity to grow in a company into team leader and management roles.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
- Have experience with wall mounting. Experience within the industry would be advantageous.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in field service technology
Qualifications:
- Experience in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, regular travel and some overnight stays required
