We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct day-to-day support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will ensure the CEO’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks are managed efficiently and seamlessly.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism are essential, as you will handle sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
- Coordinate and organize day-to-day activities to ensure smooth time management
- Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and requests
- Assist with drafting basic correspondence and responses on behalf of the CEO
- Remind and follow up on meetings, deadlines, and commitments
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries as required
- Prepare basic meeting materials and ensure logistics are in place
- Take notes or minutes when required and track action items
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
- Support expense tracking and administrative tasks for the CEO
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate schedules and meeting requirements
- Assist in organizing meetings, internal discussions, and ad hoc tasks
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the CEO’s day runs efficiently
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
