We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Engineer to join our London team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance services, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements. Your ability to work independently in the field, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain strong client relationships will play a key role in delivering excellent service and strengthening Kayana’s presence across the London market.
- Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
