KAYALI is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our business relationship with retail partners. Your strong experience and knowledge of major fragrance retailers operations, product requirements, and customer preferences will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities; collaborate with Boots and the luxury department stores teams to align strategies and drive sales growth.
- Serve as a point of contact between KAYALI and retail partners, nurturing a strong professional partnership.
- Collate competitive reviews of newness launches to share with internal Sales team + global Marketing.
- Identify new opportunities and promotional initiatives to drive incremental sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value of our brands and products.
- Help develop and manage account forecasts, budgets, and sales projections.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the management team, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Potential for additional ad-hoc Sales team requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the fragrance or beauty industry, ideally working with one of the retailers like Boots, Harrods, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
