As Finance and Supply Chain Analyst for KAYALI UK & Europe, you will act as a key business partner supporting both financial and supply chain performance for the region. You will consolidate and analyze financial results, monitor inventory and logistics, and deliver actionable insights to optimize profitability, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Financial Analysis & Reporting- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for UK & Europe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for group reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, working closely with the Financial Controller and commercial teams.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for management.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to demand planning, inventory levels, and supply chain performance across all channels.
- Partner with global supply chain and finance teams to support on the demand planning forecast, and track and reconcile tariffs, duties, logistics, and distribution costs.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance and supply chain processes, leveraging data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Liaise with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to support new product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansions.
- Communicate insights and present findings to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, supporting decision-making across the business.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field.
~5+ years’ experience in a finance, supply chain, or analyst role, ideally within beauty, luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.
~Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
~Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
~Excellent communication skills, able to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
