KAYAK for Business is hiring a UK-based Global Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our global sales team across the UK, Europe and US. You will be a key factor in improving conversion, shortening cycles and signing new business. This is a remote or hybrid position, based in the UK.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and run a sales enablement programme that supports our SMB and Enterprise sales teams across the UK, Europe and the US.
  • Own inbound and outbound lead workflows, CRM accuracy, pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity stage design.
  • Manage meeting bookings for the sales team and at conferences.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track impact and share results with the wider team.
  • Be a collaborative member of a global, cross-functional, and innovative team.

Please apply if you have:

  • 2+ years in sales enablement or sales roles selling SaaS / travel management in the B2B sector across the UK, Europe & USA.
  • Experience building relationships with travel managers, procurement professionals, and other commercial contacts across assigned regions.
  • A data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring the impact of enablement programmes.
  • The ability to adapt and prioritise in an ambiguous environment.
