We are looking for an Analyst, Commercial Analytics to support KAYAK's team in North America and LATAM! This is a position working closely with our partner's data, so attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required. You should feel comfortable working with large amounts of data, be self-motivated and proactive in analyzing, investigating and prioritizing information found across multiple datasets and sources. You'll be working with all departments within the company and will be building cross-functional relationships. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment is key for this position.

This role will be required to work from our London office at least 3 days per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the NORAM and LATAM commercial teams by fulfilling all partners' internal analytics requests, communicating data and information in useful insights and easily consumable reports.
  • Monitor daily performance of all verticals for NORAM and LATAM: be on top of traffic changes, shifts in business metrics, product updates and A/B tests.
  • Own partner booking and conversion tracking quality for the LATAM region, monitoring discrepancies and continuously improving sales tracking implementations.
  • Improve internal reporting by developing new dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Investigate discrepancies in key business metrics among different reporting and data sources.
  • Define the needed critical metrics in conjunction with the rest of the business team.

Please apply if you have:

  • BA/BS degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in the travel industry and online sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting, with strong hands-on skills in SQL (must-have), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Familiarity with BI visualization and reporting systems like Tableau, Cognos, Superset, or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong focus on data integrity, accuracy, and operational precision.
  • Knowledge of tag management systems like GTM is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must; any additional language is a plus. Spanish/Portuguese in particular is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with high attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to optimally liaise and connect with other internal KAYAK teams, also across different offices.
  • Ability to balance multiple requests at the same time and prioritize their own work.
