In this role, you will:
- Support foundational initiatives and projects that improve commercial performance and strengthen partner relationships across airline, hotel, car, and vacation clients.
- Help streamline day-to-day workflows for Account Owners by improving processes, maintaining data accuracy, and driving efficiency across the global organisation.
- Maintain and improve the internal wiki and documentation used by the global commercial team - keeping information accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Develop working knowledge of KAYAK's internal systems to provide guidance and troubleshooting support to the wider team.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to support commercial roadmaps and contribute data‑informed insights to cross‑functional decisions.
- Support the rollout of new tools and features, including drafting communications, coordinating testing with relevant teams, and documenting outcomes.
- Contribute to training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives that help the broader commercial team build confidence and self‑sufficiency.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible guidance for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- An organised, adaptable approach — you manage competing priorities well and stay effective when things shift.
- A collaborative mindset: you work well across teams and time zones, ask questions openly, and share knowledge generously.
- Strong knowledge in Google Workspace; experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or a CRM system such as Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
- Curiosity about travel technology or digital platforms — prior experience in the travel industry is welcome but not essential.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, including hands‑on experience using LLMs in study, work, or personal projects, and enthusiasm for building further capability in this area.
