KAYAK is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global and collaborative People & Culture team on a 9-month fixed-term contract — a meaningful opportunity to make a real impact on how we grow KAYAK. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring teams across the business, owning the full recruitment cycle and helping us bring in talented, diverse people across Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering.
This role will be required to work from our Cambridge, Massachusetts office 3 days per week. This contract will start in July 2026 and continue through April 2027.
In this role, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer, with a focus on hiring for Product, Design, Commercial (Sales, Partnerships), Marketing, and Engineering roles — including backfills and incremental headcount.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their team's needs and develop recruitment plans that support them.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies — sharing what you know to help teams make informed decisions.
- Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure consistent, equitable evaluation across interview panels.
- Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future hiring needs.
- Represent KAYAK authentically to candidates, delivering an outstanding experience at every stage of the process.
- Collaborate closely with your TA teammates across time zones, contributing to a team culture built on trust, flexibility, and shared success.
Please apply if you have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful in-house or client-embedded experience in a global or multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in Ashby (our ATS) & LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A solid understanding of sourcing strategies and how to run an equitable, structured hiring process.
- The ability to manage your own workload and adapt when priorities shift — you're comfortable working independently without a lot of direction.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with both candidates and internal teams; you're at ease working across time zones and with distributed colleagues.
- Comfort using data to track your work, spot patterns, and improve processes over time.
Benefits and Perks:
- Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday.
- Company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!).
- Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings.
- Travel Discounts.
- Employee Resource Groups.
- Free lunch 2 days per week.
- Monthly social events, Thursday happy hours.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Massachusetts-based role is $50-57.00/hour.
At KAYAK, we want everyone to have the space to grow, share ideas, and do great work. That’s why we’re focused on hiring the best talent from all walks of life and experiences, supporting them well, and making sure no one feels like they have to fit a mold to belong here.
