KAYAK is looking for a Commercial Manager, Email & Data to lead KAYAK’s commercial strategy across channels that drive revenue from email and data partnerships. In this role, you will own revenue growth for these channels, contributing to strategies and roadmaps and work closely with marketing, product and engineering teams to put these plans to action and meet revenue goals. You will also develop and manage commercial partnerships that enhance our audience reach, unlock new revenue opportunities, and deliver measurable value for KAYAK and our partners.
Responsibilities- Partner with Marketing and Product to develop strategy and roadmaps for email audience and revenue growth
- Build, manage and improve commercial and tech partnerships to monetize KAYAK data and audience offsite
- Identify, scope, and launch new revenue streams and partnerships
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and data governance to ensure all opportunities align with compliance and company objectives
- Use internal data and systems to present insights, prepare performance updates, and share strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Help set targets to contribute to annual and quarterly forecasting for your channels
- 7+ years of experience in data-driven commercial or marketing roles
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, develop strategies, and drive projects to completion.
- Practical knowledge of email marketing ecosystems, audience monetization, and data-driven advertising
- Commercially-minded with a record of meeting goals and delivering measurable results
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with data privacy and consumer consent frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The base range for this United States located role is $115,000 - 130,000.00. We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
