Here at GXO Sittingbourne, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative to join our team within our equipment management network. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process for Morrison, a leading grocery supermarket. The site is a fast-paced, diverse environment with plenty of development opportunities.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an any 5 days out of 7 pattern, covering hours of 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, or 22:00 to 06:00. You can choose the shift that suits you best!
Pay, Benefits, and More
- Hourly rate of £12.21
- 10% premium for hours worked between 17:00 and 20:00
- 20% premium for hours worked between 20:00 and 05:59
- Overtime pay at time and a half, paid after 48 hours

What You Will Do On a Typical Day
- Safely load and unload vehicles with customer equipment and waste arriving at the site
- Efficiently bale cardboard and plastic waste
- Maintain a hazard-free zone by keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager
