The UK site designs, manufactures and distributes highly engineered hydraulic pumps, motors and control systems for a range of industrial applications. They are seeking a high-impact Production Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations at the Plymouth site. The role You’ll lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing operation, driving improvements with real influence – combining day-to-day operational excellence with business transformation. What you’ll do Full accountability for end-to-end production performance and KPI delivery Lead and develop a team of Production Leaders and Planners Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activity Work cross-functionally to optimise the full manufacturing value-stream What are we looking for?
