What your duties will include:

  • Grow and manage sales within the assigned territory, focusing on dentists and dental technicians
  • Execute the commercial strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Sell and promote the full Equipment portfolio with strong emphasis on Digital Solutions, in close collaboration with dealer sales teams
  • Train and coach dealer partners sales representative (co-travel) on how and why to sell KaVo Digital Solutions to oral health professionals
  • Generate new leads, build a strong sales funnel, and drive market share growth through dealer engagement
  • Support dealer partners with hardware and software related inquiries
  • Perform product demonstration (hardware) and digital workflow training (software) to oral health professionals
  • Support and participate in field installations of hardware and software
  • Maintain and grow relationships with dealer partners, healthcare centers, and universities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Keep dealers and customers informed about new products
  • Follow activities and price-strategies of the competition with great attention and inform sales manager about it in monthly report
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, roundtables, and other industry events

What sets you apart:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Multiple years’ experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment
  • Prior dental sales experience highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and objectives; strong results orientation
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Midlands) including overnight travel as well as weekend and evening seminars/trade shows
  • Valid driver's license
